If you wish to apply for a place at St. Edmund's & St. Thomas' Catholic Primary School in September we ask that in addition to the Common Application Form, that you also complete a faith Supplementary Information form. This form will supply governors with the information they will need to ensure that your child is placed in the correct criteria of entry when they are considering the applications. In the event that the school is oversubscribed failure to complete the form could result in your child losing their chance of a place.
A Supplementary Information Form needs to be completed for each voluntary aided school which you place as one of your choices on the application form. These must then be returned to each of the schools with all the relevant documentation.
Please note: If your child already attends St Edmund's and St Thomas' Nursery, or you have already given your child's name into the office requesting a place, then you will automatically receive an application notification.
If you are unsuccessful in your application, there is an appeals process co-ordinated by Sefton Admissions team and Liverpool Archdiocese. We have included a document below for your information.
