School Council

Our children are encouraged to participate in the development of the school as well as helping those less fortunate than themselves. They express their views through questionnaires, informal talks with teachers and through the School Council. At the beginning of each academic year classes from Y2 to Y6 hold elections to select candidates to represent them as school councillors.The School Council consults and gathers the views of our Reception and Year 1 children. They have helped to design new outdoor facilities, provided playtime equipment and have been consulted on the range of extra-curricular activities we offer. They also help to plan and organise fund raising for charity.
